Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month, and you can cancel with 14 days' notice.

When do I get billed?

On the day you sign up, then the same day every month after.

Can I save by paying upfront?

Yes. Pay for 3 months upfront and save 10%.

What happens on a shoot visit?

We come to you, film everything we need for the month, and turn it into your reels.

Do you travel?

Yes. It's free in Mount Pleasant, $39.97 per visit to Saginaw and the Tri-Cities, and $59.97 per visit to Lansing.

What if a payment doesn't go through?

Stripe retries it automatically. If it still fails after 3 days, work pauses until it's fixed.
