What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Short version: we only use your info to do the work you hired us for, and we never sell it.

Who we are
McClain & McCollum Marketing LLC ("we," "us") is a marketing and content studio based in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. This policy covers mcclainandmccollum.com and the services we offer through it.
What we collect
- Info you give us. Your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you write in a form, like your message or the times that work for a call.
- Files you send us. Photos, logos, menus, or other files you upload or send so we can make your content.
- Payment info. Payments run through Stripe. Stripe handles your card or bank details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic site data. Our site is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and show us simple visitor stats, like page views and device type.
How we use it
- To reply to you, book calls and shoots, and plan your work.
- To make, post, and report on the content you hired us for.
- To send invoices, receipts, and payment reminders.
- To send text updates or recaps if you sign up for them. Reply STOP any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
- To keep the site secure and make it work better.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your info. We only share it with the tools we use to run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Squarespace hosts our site and forms.
- Stripe processes payments and runs the billing portal.
- Email, text, and file storage providers we use to talk with you and keep your files.
- Social platforms (like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google) when we post or manage content for your business.
We may also share info if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Photos and video
When we film at your business or event, you're responsible for letting staff and guests know. We'll leave out or remove anyone who asks not to be shown. We may feature finished work in our portfolio and on our socials unless you tell us not to.
How long we keep it
We keep your info while we're working together and for as long as we need it for records, taxes, or legal reasons. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that doesn't identify you.
Your choices
- Ask to see, fix, or delete the info we have about you.
- Unsubscribe from texts or emails at any time.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work right without them.
Email us with any request and we'll get back to you within 30 days.
Kids
Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect info from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
