How payments work
- We take cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.
- Monthly plans bill on the day you sign up, then the same day every month. Cancel anytime with 14 days' notice.
- One-time work is 50% to start and 50% when it's done.
- Weddings: 50% holds your date, and the rest is due 14 days before.
- Deposits aren't refundable.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. After 3 days, work pauses until it's fixed.
