Who we are

McClain & McCollum Marketing LLC ("we," "us") is a marketing and content studio based in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. "You" means the person or business booking or paying for our services.

Our services

Our plans, packages, and prices are listed on this site. Before we start, we'll confirm what's included, dates, and any extras by email or text. If something isn't listed or agreed on, it isn't included, but we're happy to quote it.

Payments

• All payments run through Stripe. We take cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.
• Monthly plans bill on the day you sign up, then the same day every month until you cancel.
• 3-month prepay covers three months of your plan at 10% off. It isn't refundable, and your plan keeps going through the end of the prepaid months. It renews automatically every 3 months at the same price until you cancel with 14 days' notice.
• One-time work is 50% to start and 50% when it's done.
• Weddings and events: 50% holds your date, and the rest is due 14 days before.
• Deposits aren't refundable. They hold your spot and cover planning time.
• Final payments aren't refundable once your content is delivered. We'll use your revision rounds to make it right.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. After 3 days, work pauses until it's fixed.

Canceling a plan

You can cancel a monthly plan any time with 14 days' notice by email, text, or the billing portal. You won't be charged again after your notice period ends, and anything already paid for is still delivered.

Travel, rush, and revisions

• Travel is free in Mount Pleasant. Saginaw and the Tri-Cities add $39.97. Lansing adds $59.97. Farther trips are quoted.
• Rush jobs (needed in 48 hours or less) add 25%.
• Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Extra rounds are $49.97 each.

Scheduling

If you need to move a shoot, let us know as early as you can and we'll find a new time. For weddings and events, your deposit carries over to a new date if we're available. Missed shoots without notice may count as a used visit.

Your part

• Give us access to your space, accounts, and info we need to do the work.
• Only send us logos, music, photos, and other materials you have the right to use.
• Let staff, guests, and customers know when we're filming, and get any permission needed.
• Review drafts and reply within a reasonable time so we can stay on schedule.

Who owns the work

Once you've paid in full, you can use the final content we deliver for your business, on any channel. Raw footage and project files aren't included unless you buy them. We may show finished work in our portfolio and on our socials unless you ask us not to.

Results

We work hard to grow your business, but we can't promise specific views, followers, reviews, or sales. Social platforms and Google set their own rules, and we aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes, or actions they take on accounts.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't responsible for indirect losses like lost profits. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Michigan law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If a problem comes up, let's talk first. Most things can be fixed with a call.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies once it's posted here, and the date at the top will change.
